Abstract
⺠Nb implantation is able to form Nb2O5/TiO2 nano-film on NiTi alloy. ⺠Nb implantation decreases the Nano-hardness and Young's modulus of NiTi. ⺠Corrosion resistance behavior of NiTi is improved by Nb2O5/TiO2 nano-film. ⺠A moderate incident dose or current causes better corrosion resistance ability.
