Abstract
⺠An Al coating first prepared on the surface of a PMC by cold spray. ⺠Then an Al/Cu bimetallic coating was prepared. ⺠The microstructure and related properties of the coatings were analyzed. ⺠The deposition behaviors of the Al particles on the PMC surface were discussed. ⺠Results implicate the feasibility and potential application of the technology.
