Abstract
âºThrough-hole AAO membranes are fabricated from the AA1050 alloy. âºAAO templates are employed for fabrication of Ag, Au, and Sn nanowire arrays. âºThe fabrication costs of nanowire arrays can be reduced by about 500 times.
