Abstract
►Stand-off distance has a major effect on splat morphology of PP using flame spray. ►Three categories of PP splat shape resulted of changing the stand-off distance. ►No changes in molecular structure between the fully melted splat and feedstock. ►15-20 cm stand-off distance is recommended to disk-like shape splat.
