Abstract
âºStand-off distance has a major effect on splat morphology of PP using flame spray. âºThree categories of PP splat shape resulted of changing the stand-off distance. âºNo changes in molecular structure between the fully melted splat and feedstock. âº15-20 cm stand-off distance is recommended to disk-like shape splat.
