Abstract
⺠Epitaxial Li2RuO3 (002) films were successfully synthesized on Al2O3 (0001). ⺠Li2RuO3 (002) films exhibited a discharge capacity of 200 mAh g-1. ⺠3-dimensional Li diffusion was confirmed in the 2-dimensional layered structure. ⺠Mechanistic studies using epitaxial films clarify the intercalation mechanism.
