Abstract
⺠We present an improved algorithm to solve the intra-band tunneling model. ⺠The algorithm combines the Newton and Gummel methods. ⺠The algorithm improves the stability and the convergence property. ⺠The algorithm is preferred when intra-band tunneling are critical to the accuracy.
