⺠Stable p-type conductivity in annealed nitrogen doped ZnO thin films achieved. ⺠Enhanced photoconductivity due to high mobility of carriers. ⺠Compensation of vacancy defects due to doping. ⺠Transient photoconductivity studies show bi-exponential growth and decay behavior.
