Abstract
⺠This study examines different Td and E/S of the i-a-Si:H layers to improve Jsc. ⺠The absorption coefficient of i-a-Si:H films increases with increasing Td and E/S. ⺠An increase in QE is seen in the longer wavelength range of 625-750 nm. ⺠The Jsc is improved to 16.52 mA/cm2 and an efficiency of a-Si:H cells is 10.86%.
