Abstract
⺠We report the effect of solvent on Methyl Red and C60 based photovoltaic device. ⺠Two solvents namely chlorobenzene (CB) and toluene are used. ⺠Film morphology and device efficiency change with solvent. ⺠Cluster size is quite small in case of CB in comparison to toluene solvent. ⺠Faster charge transport in CB prevents excess recombination resulting high efficiency.
