Abstract
												⺠PS-b-PMMA block copolymers of two different compositions. ⺠Patterning of Au thin film on glass substrate. ⺠We examined the resistivity and transmittance of Au patterned glass substrate. ⺠The resistivity and transmittance decreased with increasing Au thickness. ⺠Lower resistivity of Au films was obtained using sputtering than thermal evaporation.
