Abstract

âº PS-b-PMMA block copolymers of two different compositions. âº Patterning of Au thin film on glass substrate. âº We examined the resistivity and transmittance of Au patterned glass substrate. âº The resistivity and transmittance decreased with increasing Au thickness. âº Lower resistivity of Au films was obtained using sputtering than thermal evaporation.
