Abstract
► Highly transparent, conducting AZO/Au/AZO and AZO/Cu/AZO electrodes were sputtered. ► Their sheet resistance is stable when heated in air up to 300 °C. ► Their visible light transmission maximizes when heated at 200-250 °C.
