Abstract
⺠Extremely large crystal grains (~ 100 μm) achieved in electrodeposited Br-doped Cu2O. ⺠Large grains reduce carrier recombination and carrier scattering at grain boundaries. ⺠N-type behavior demonstrated in naturally p-type Cu2O by Br doping.
