Abstract
⺠We use a hydrothermal process to synthesize Cu2S nanocrystalline films. ⺠Glutathione content and reaction time have great effects on film morphologies. ⺠The Cu2S films show broad spectrum response in the near-infrared region. ⺠Morphology influences both optical and electrical properties of the thin films.
