Abstract
⺠Extensive oxidation of As2S3 film induced by high energy ultraviolet light. ⺠Arsenolite microcrystals of a height up to 2 μm were grown from the vapor phase. ⺠Overheating of the film due to UV photons absorption was estimated up to 740 °C.
