												⺠BZT-xBCT films with perovskite structure prepared by sol-gel method. ⺠High dielectric tunability and moderate dielectric constant for BZT-xBCT films. ⺠Band gap energy of about 3.90 eV for highly transparent BZT-xBCT films.
