Abstract
⺠Nanocrystalline Co45Ni10Fe24 film is obtained using cyclic voltammetry technique. ⺠Nanocrystalline Co45Ni10Fe24 possesses low coercivity of 973.3 A/m. ⺠Nanocrystalline Co45Ni10Fe24 possesses high saturation magnetic flux density. ⺠The nucleation/growth process of CoNiFe films is mainly under activation control. ⺠The charge transfer resistance for CoNiFe deposition decreases exponentially.
