Abstract
► Nanocrystalline Co45Ni10Fe24 film is obtained using cyclic voltammetry technique. ► Nanocrystalline Co45Ni10Fe24 possesses low coercivity of 973.3 A/m. ► Nanocrystalline Co45Ni10Fe24 possesses high saturation magnetic flux density. ► The nucleation/growth process of CoNiFe films is mainly under activation control. ► The charge transfer resistance for CoNiFe deposition decreases exponentially.
