Abstract
⺠Substoichiometric tungsten oxide films by heating W filaments in H2 (hwWOx x < 3). ⺠hwWOx films exhibit metallic optical and electrical properties. ⺠hwWOx films are amorphous and composed by particles with dimensions of 5 nm. ⺠hwWOx films crystallize easily above 420 K.
