Abstract
⺠TC values increase with thermal treatment and film thickness. ⺠PM-MR signal amplitude of the main peak is maximum at temperatures close to TC. ⺠Frequency scan showed uniform film profile. ⺠Gd film thermal diffusivity was found to be smaller than the bulk one.
