Abstract
⺠Pt-WO3 films based H2 sensors were prepared by sputtering and dip-coating. ⺠Unstable resistance signal was observed in the first of H2 measurements. ⺠Reconditioning period was eliminated by a thermal treatment at 450 °C for 24 h.
