Abstract
⺠A software to support the HRTEM image simulation of nanocrystals in actual size. ⺠MEGACELL allows the construction of complex nanocrystals models for multislice image simulation. ⺠Some examples of improved nanocrystalline system characterization are presented, including the analysis of 3D morphology and growth behavior.
