Abstract
⺠A distributed multi-GPU system has been developed for electron microscopic tomography (EMT). ⺠This system allows for rapid constrained, iterative reconstruction of very large volumes. ⺠This system can be easily expanded to generate superior computing power for large-scale iterative EMT realignment.
