Abstract
► A nanorobotic manipulation system was developed inside an ESEM. ► A micro-puller was designed for single yeast cell adhesion force measurement. ► Yeast cells were still alive after being observed and manipulated inside ESEM. ► Yeast cell adhesion force to substrate is smaller at high humidity condition than at low humidity condition.
