Abstract
⺠A nanorobotic manipulation system was developed inside an ESEM. ⺠A micro-puller was designed for single yeast cell adhesion force measurement. ⺠Yeast cells were still alive after being observed and manipulated inside ESEM. ⺠Yeast cell adhesion force to substrate is smaller at high humidity condition than at low humidity condition.
