Abstract
An electronically controlled Mossbauer drive system has been designed and fabricated. The circuits are designed so that multichannel analyzer may be protected from being damaged, staircase of the multichannel analyzer may be smoothed and finally used as reference signal and use of MCS mode may become much easier. The system works in constant acceleration mode. There is a mechanical resonance occurring at around 18Â Hz and an electrical resonance at 3Â kHz. The line width measured by this system comes out to be 0.22Â mm/s which is one of the best widths available in the literature.
