Abstract
⺠ZnO/Au/ZnO multilayer films were sputter deposited and then vacuum annealed. ⺠The optical and electrical properties were influenced by annealing temperature. ⺠The work function of ZnO/Au/ZnO films is increased with annealing temperature.
