Abstract
⺠Ti/Al multilayers were deposited on the NdFeB magnets by magnetron sputtering. ⺠The columnar structure growth was successfully interrupted in Ti/Al multilayers. ⺠The Ti/Al multilayers presented improved corrosion resistance and hardness.
