Abstract
► Thin films of Se65Ga30In5 glassy alloy were prepared by vacuum evaporation technique. ► Upon annealing, the conductivity increases but the activation energy decreases. ► Annealing decreases the density of states as predicted by VRH model. ► The optical band gap of annealed films decreases with temperature.
