Abstract
⸠Yinchuan residents adjust power consumption behaviors when costs rise by about 10%. ⸠Monte Carlo simulation is used to analyze residents' smart response behaviors. ⸠Price stimulation to consumption behaviors increases with electricity price rising. ⸠The construction of a smart grid must take the actual situation into account.
