Abstract
⸠A new box-type solar cooker equipped with an asymmetric (CPC) was designed, constructed and tested. ⸠The cooker remains in stationary position during its functioning. ⸠Simulation study was conducted for predicting its thermal behavior. ⸠The cooker performance has been rated by using first and second figure of merit.
