Abstract
⺠We determined Am and Cs uptake and depuration kinetics following seawater, food and sediment exposures. ⺠We determined radionuclide tissue distribution after exposure and after depuration periods. ⺠Am was mainly associated to the shell whatever the exposure pathway was. ⺠Transfer processes occurred between soft and hard tissues for Am.
