Abstract
⺠Correlation between ground and air measurements depends on activity variability. ⺠Linear ground-to-air relationship exist given large enough activity variability. ⺠Ground-to-air comparisons through activity distribution functions feasible. ⺠Airborne data can be part of a prognostic tool in search operations on ground.
