Abstract
⺠Unraveling oxidative stress related responses in A. thaliana leaves following uranium exposure. ⺠A root-to-shoot signaling system was suggested. ⺠Both ROS and LOX initiated lipid peroxidation. ⺠A transient character of uranium stress responses in leaves. ⺠Ascorbate redox balance seemed an important modulator of uranium stress in leaves.
