Abstract
⺠We study the effect of an elastic wall on the dynamics of a contrast microbubble. ⺠Three types of walls are studied: plastic, aluminium, and a biological tissue. ⺠The effect of a wall is stronger when bubbles are excited above resonance. ⺠The effect of a wall increases with decreasing bubble size. ⺠The effect of a wall on the 2nd harmonic is stronger than that on the fundamental.
