Abstract
► New set of parameters is used to assess ultrasound image quality. ► Both simulation and experiments have been performed. ► Image quality has been compared among different depths and lateral distances. ► Verified that high frame rate imaging has higher image quality than D&S imaging. ► High frame rate imaging method is more resistant to phase aberration and noise.
