Abstract
⺠In this research we model the ultrasonic assisted EDM process numerically. ⺠Boundary integral method is applied for modeling of this research. ⺠Dynamic behavior of vapor bubble after its splitting near curved tool and workpiece is investigated. ⺠Effects of the ultrasonic vibration of the tool are investigated. ⺠Ultrasonic vibration of the tool causes to reduction of tool erosion.
