Abstract
We construct a new semi-analytic model of the evolution of dust emission of very young low-mass galaxies. We predict the contribution from forming galaxies to the fluctuation of cosmic background radiation at wavelengths of 200 μm to 2.1 mm. Though the contribution is very small compared with that of giant submillimeter sources at z = 1-3, fluctuation signal at high-â in multipole expansion (â â³Â 3 Ã 104 or θ â²Â 20â³) is unique to this forming population.
