Abstract
⺠Uranus' zone at 45°N has brightened and counterpart zone at 45°S has faded during 2006-2010. ⺠H-band spectra (1.4-1.8 μm) have similar sensitivity to main cloud level and methane humidity. ⺠Clouds at 45°N, S are either at lower pressure (â¼2 bar) or in areas of lower methane humidity. ⺠Methane humidity may vary from â¼20% poleward of 45°N, S to nearer 80% equatorward.
