Abstract
⺠Sparse ground GPS sites limit the correction of InSAR atmospheric distortion. ⺠Wind Speed extracted from NCEP FNL can implement Taylor's frozen-flow hypothesis. ⺠GPS and NCEP FNL are integrated to increase the density of wet delay control points. ⺠The dense wet delay control points can correct InSAR atmospheric effects effectively.
