Abstract
⺠The surface zonal wind is dependent on the solid core size in giant planets. ⺠Alternating zonal wind bands appear in the case with shallow convection zone. ⺠Three dimensional effects are important for the dynamics in the giant plants. ⺠Components of Reynolds stress play key roles in driving the equatorial jet.
