Abstract
We investigated the phase diagram of the CZTSe-Sn pseudobinary system. ⺠The Sn solution X<40 mol% is separated into CZTSe phase and Sn phase. ⺠The Sn solution 40 mol%60 mol% is single phase (CZTSe phase+liquid phase). ⺠A CZTSe single crystal was grown from a X=80 mol% Sn solution at 900 °C.
