Abstract
⺠We will carry out furnace designs on silicon casting system by using numerical simulations. ⺠Simplifications have been made in our simulation to make it practical of solving industry scale problems within reasonable time range. ⺠Power consumption has been optimized in our design. ⺠The numerical results has been verified by experimental data also.
