Abstract
► Fully eutectic microstructure was obtained in NiAl-Cr(Mo) hypereutectic alloy. ► Cellular eutectic microstructure was perfect at the middle withdrawal rate. ► The interface undercooling comes to minimum at the middle rate. ► The properties of alloy may be improved owing to the perfect cellular structure. ► It provides an efficient rate to produce eutectic in-situ composite.
