Abstract
⺠We simulate the fcc and bcc dendritic growth by using there-dimensional phase-field crystal modeling. ⺠We reproduce the anisotropic growth process of the fcc and bcc dendrites at the atomic level. ⺠The anisotropy of the dendritic growth velocity coefficient and the growth dynamic scaling exponent are investigated. ⺠We obtain the stability constant of the operating state of the PFC dendrite tip.
