Abstract
⺠GdIG ferrites were synthesized using the microwave hydrothermal method. ⺠Densification of the GdIG samples was done at a low temperature of 1100 °C/45 min. ⺠Our samples possess low dielectric constant and loss at a Ka band frequency. ⺠Nanocrystalline GdIG samples for circulator application have been tested.
