Abstract
⺠A chip for continuous size fractionation of magnetic microspheres was developed. ⺠Fractionation bases on Dean effect and is not influenced by magnetic agglomeration. ⺠A bimodal particle mix can be separated into its components. ⺠Broad distributed samples can be classified in fractions of different size. ⺠Enrichment of particles from highly diluted dispersion can be performed.
