Abstract
⺠The PZT/Insulator/CoFe nanometer multilayer is proposed for spin-dependent devices. ⺠The electric field induced magnetization rotations have been theoretically studied. ⺠The magnetization in CoFe layer can be tuned by the voltage without a magnetic field.
