Abstract
⺠Effects of ferromagnetic layer on the magnitude and blocking temperature of exchange coupling effect are interpreted. ⺠Explain a strong dependence of exchange coupling energy density on the thickness of ferromagnetic layer when tF <5 nm. ⺠The exchange coupling energy stabilizes at a constant at tFâ¥5 nm.
