Abstract
⺠The Al-Cr coating can be prepared by dipping in solution, shaking dry and heating. ⺠The coating morphology shows to be an intense overlapping structure. ⺠The barrier effect combines with passivation and cathodic protection. ⺠The anticorrosion abilities improve while magnetic properties change little. ⺠Compared with other surface treatments, this method is convenient and low cost.
