Abstract
⺠Mn-doped ZrO2 thin films can be ferromagnetic above room temperature. ⺠Huge magnetic moment of 13.8 μB per Mn is found in the sampledoping with 5% of Mn. ⺠Magnetic force measurements confirm intrinsic ferromagnetism. ⺠Important feedback to the theoretical work. ⺠Good candidates for spintronics applications.
