Abstract
⺠Ca2+ and Ba2+ ions co-doped BiFeO3 nanoparticles were prepared using a sol-gel method. ⺠The magnetic properties of the nanoparticles are greatly improved. ⺠The Neel temperature (TN) of the nanoparticles is greatly increased. ⺠Doped ions and crystal structure affect the dielectric properties of the nanoparticles.
