Abstract
⺠High-Pr content Ho1âxPrxFe1.9 cubic Laves phase was synthesized. ⺠The lattice parameter increases almost linearly with increasing x. ⺠The saturation magnetization first decreases and increases with increasing x. ⺠A magnetostrictive peak around x=0.2 and a minimum at x=0.4 were observed.
